DIY Your Own Process Improvement

There are pros and cons to both hiring a consultant and “doing it yourself” (DIY) when it comes to Process Improvement.  Here are somethings/areas for consideration when deciding which of these approaches is right for you.

*AJC does not require, or even recommend in most cases, full-time consultant support hours.  We typically scope our projects, especially Process Improvement where your team will still be participating while completing their day jobs, at 15-20 hours per week.
